LPHS partner Mary Goodrich Nix has been elected to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an elite association of the nation’s leading judges and civil trial lawyers.   

ABOTA membership is by invitation only, based on such factors as personal character, honorable reputation and a high degree of success at trial. ABOTA has more than 7,300 lawyer and judge members with chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. 

Mary is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and frequently assists companies when key employees move between competitors. In her work related to confidential information and trade secret protection, she advocates for clients who need urgent assistance to protect their confidential information, trade secrets and other intellectual property assets.
