As part of our commitment to transparency and diversity in advancing attorneys into leadership roles, LPHS is proud to have achieved the Mansfield Certification for 2024–2025. The certification follows a structured, data-driven framework to ensure that every attorney and employee at the firm has a fair and equitable opportunity to be considered for leadership roles and activities.

Data shows that firms that remain accountable to the Mansfield Certification process year-over-year are making substantial progress in creating inclusive practices that benefit the workplace and clients, while attracting new talent and supporting diversity in leadership. The structure of the program includes monthly knowledge sharing conferences with other Mansfield participants to exchange best practices and discuss challenges.
