LPHS partner Julia A. Simon has been honored in D Magazine's prestigious Dallas 500 for 2025, a recognition given to the topmost influential business leaders in the North Texas area. The list is a special edition curated by the editors of D CEO, the award-winning business publication under D Magazine Partners to reveal Dallas' most powerful and successful executives in over 60 business categories.

The Dallas 500 is the region’s database of individuals who are true leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth business community. The nominees are selected based on hundreds of interviews, extensive research, and voluminous contacts within the Dallas business circle.

Julia joined the firm in April 2024 after serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Mary Kay Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods. At Mary Kay she was responsible for the company's legal, risk management, governance, compliance, public affairs, corporate communications, and corporate social responsibility functions. She also served as the company's Chief Privacy Officer.
