LPHS partner Chris Patton is beginning a two-year term as the Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Journal, a quarterly publication of the ABA’s Litigation section. The flagship publication of the 30,000-member group, Litigation Journal offers practical advice for attorneys on pretrial, trial, and appellate practice issues as well as articles examining the latest trends affecting the profession.

Chris has previously served as a member of the journal’s Editorial Board and has been a frequent contributor, writing on key developments in commercial litigation, trial strategy, and legal history. 

In his legal practice Chris has a particular focus on antitrust, contract disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, and business torts. He has successfully guided companies through complex legal disputes, securing courtroom victories and favorable resolutions that protect their business interests.
