LPHS Senior Associate Andy Kim has been named President-Elect of the Dallas Asian American Bar Association, among the fastest growing legal associations in the region. One of four minority organizations affiliated with the Dallas Bar Association, the DAABA boasts more than 350 members and offers mentorship, networking, volunteerism, and scholarship programs for Asian American attorneys, law students, and other legal professionals. Andy has broad experience litigating in state and federal court, spearheading board investigations, and advising clients on issues of corporate governance and securities regulation. He has worked on complex matters across industries and is particularly versed in legal issues affecting tech companies, startups, and their founders and investors.
