Trey Cox successfully represented FPL Energy in a multi-million dollar wind farm nuisance lawsuit. To date this has been the largest case to verdict in the wind energy industry and has (will) set precedent other cases of its kind.

Wind Law IV is to be held July 9-10, 2009 at the Texas State Technical College in Sweetwater, Texas. Sweetwater is the world's largest harvester if wind energy in the Western Hemisphere. It is the most active wind energy development area in the world. The event is sponsored by Texas Tech University School of Law, Texas Wind Energy Clearinghouse, Great Plains Energy Alliance and Southwest Energy Coalition.
