David Coale Appears on FOX 4 News to Discuss Constitutional Issues, Impeachment
President Trump’s recent actions are at the center of a debate revolving around claims he asked former FBI Director James Comey to abandon the FBI investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, and the president’s alleged disclosure of classified information to Russian diplomats during an Oval Office meeting. Some U.S. lawmakers are calling for a Trump impeachment on grounds of obstruction of justice. But Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst attorney David Coale tells FOX 4 News there is no real evidence to head in that direction. “There is a lot of smoke here, and the smoke in what the New York Times has reported about this memorandum that director Comey had is very dark and troubling smoke, but it’s not fire yet.”
