David Coale Speaks to KTVT CBS Dallas about Liberty High School Prayer Room
The Texas Attorney General’s Office has questioned the legality of a prayer room at Liberty High School in the Frisco school district. While it has been reported that a majority of Muslim students use the room on the campus, the district spokesperson says it is available to all students. Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst constitutional law attorney David Coale tells KTVT CBS 11 that the high school may still be on legal shaky ground by making special accommodations for religious students over those who aren’t religious.
