Mr. Turk has extensive experience in complex litigation. His background includes experience in the areas of trade secrets, insurance defense and "bad faith" insurance litigation.
Mr. Turk played a critical role in prosecuting a very large international misappropriation trade secrets case for a leading telecommunications company.
He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Turk received his license to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in September 2001.
