Mark Turk devotes his practice to intellectual property litigation, focusing on patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters. Mark has successfully assisted the firm's clients in obtaining favorable outcomes in matters relating to a variety of technologies including telecommunications switching systems, secure online-payment systems, quality assurance software packages, nutritional supplements and consumer products. Before attending law school, Mark was a professional engineer for General Dynamics, Fort Worth Division, where he worked on the F-111 and F-16 fighter planes.
