Katie has experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including disputes concerning intellectual property, antitrust, oil and gas, employment law, local and state taxation, and major business disputes involving claims of commercial fraud, RICO violations, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract. She has also represented corporations and individuals in shareholder derivative suits and class actions, as well as S.E.C. enforcement actions.

Katie received her Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2006. While at Columbia, Katie was an Articles Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and a Teaching Assistant to Professor Susan Sommer. Prior to joining Lynn Tillotson Pinker & Cox, Katie practiced law for the San Francisco office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and the Dallas office of Jones Day.

Katie is licensed to practice in Texas and California.
