Jeremy A. Fielding
|
Jeremy Fielding specializes in complex business litigation. To each case, he applies his own distinctive brand of energetic advocacy, passionate creativity and dogged relentlessness to obtain excellent results for his clients.
Jeremy has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings in matters ranging from complex business and energy litigation to intellectual property disputes. Most recently, Jeremy represented a Dallas-based medical imaging company in a multi-million dollar, bet-the-company arbitration. After a hard-fought, two-week arbitration, Jeremy obtained a take-nothing judgment in favor of his client.
Jeremy's outstanding work for his clients has earned him the recognition and respect of his peers, having been selected as a "Rising Star” by Law & Politics magazine for 2008 and 2009 (as seen in Texas Monthly). He has also been a featured speaker at several national and regional conferences regarding his successful representation of energy companies in nuisance cases involving wind turbine projects throughout the country.
After receiving a B.A. from Brigham Young University, Jeremy earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was the Executive Editor of The Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Before joining the firm in 2005, Jeremy worked as a law clerk to the Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and practiced law in the Dallas office of Baker Botts. He is married to Laura Lanning Fielding and they are the proud parents of three sons and one daughter.
