Gail Hayworth graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2004. In 2007, she earned a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law. While attending law school, Gail served as a Staff Editor on the New York University Annual Survey of American Law, a Lawyering teacher's assistant, a parent advocate in the Family Defense Clinic, and an executive board member for NYU's Christian Legal Fellowship.

Before joining Lynn Tillotson Pinker & Cox, Gail served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She also practiced law for the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP.

Gail is licensed to practice law in Texas and Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
