Board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Eric Pinker represents clients with passion and a single-minded focus on delivering outstanding results. He has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes throughout the country. That experience, along with careful planning and a keen focus on those issues likely to determine a case, has helped produce an unparalleled record of acheivement. Eric is also a sought-after speaker on a wide range of legal topics, including several recent presentations on jury selection and matters relating to the qualification and successful challenge of expert witnesses. He is also active in Bar and community service activities, including the Dallas Bar Association's Trial Skill Section (Board Member from 2003–2010), the Patrick Higginbotham Inn of Court (Barrister from 2003– 2007), the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court (Master) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas (Board Member). He is married to Melanie Johnson Pinker and is the father of two girls. He received both his undergraduate degree in Plan II and his JD from The University of Texas at Austin.
